✅ Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags, packaging, and invoices must be intact
  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

❌ Returns will not be accepted if:

  • Product is used or damaged by the customer
  • Return request is raised after 7 days
  • Items are marked as Non-Returnable or Sale Items (if mentioned)

👗 Clothing & Fashion Products

Please note:

  • Minor color variations may occur due to lighting or screen resolution
  • Such variations are not considered defects
  • Size-related issues should be checked using the size chart before ordering

🔁 Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@earnpg.com
  2. Mention:
    • Order ID
    • Product name
    • Reason for return
  3. Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions

💰 Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refund Method:

  • Online payments → Refunded to original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) → Refunded via bank transfer / UPI (details required)

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to wrong product or damaged item, return shipping will be free of cost
  • For other reasons (size issue, change of mind), return shipping charges may apply

🔄 Exchange Policy (Optional)

  • Exchanges are allowed for size or color (subject to stock availability)
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery

❌ Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
  • In case of prepaid orders, refunds will be processed as per policy
